Confidence compounds with every action you take and new habits and behaviors can take time to engrain. This 12 months is about compounding your confidence; the more time, the more support and inspiration, the more action, the more innate natural confidence you gain.

Plus, when you have someone in your corner for 12 months you don’t need to ‘find the time for the program’, it becomes a part of your routine. From working with hundreds of leaders and my own personal experience, the RELIEF that comes from long term coaching & mentorship is something I don’t want you to miss out on.
All of the sessions are delivered online via Zoom so you can be anywhere, even running between meetings and not miss out because you got stuck in traffic or couldn’t get away. All recordings are available so even if you do miss it, it’s easy to catch up when you’re free.
Over a 12 month period, its inevitable that holidays, sickness, or the juggle of daily life gets in the way. Thats one of the reasons you have access to calls EVERY WEEK, so if you miss one, you’ve got next week or the week after AND ALSO every call is recorded so you truly never miss a thing.

Also, you can submit a question ahead of time and catch the replay if you can’t make it live.

This mentorship program is about you knowing you have support at every turn, for whenever you need it. Sometimes that may be a lot, sometimes less, there’s no right or wrong.
Of course your colleagues are very welcome to submit an application and if you know they’re aligned with the culture of The Apex and what we’re all about then please do encourage them to do so. Make sure they let me know you sent them so I can acknowledge you!
